<section id="navPoint_204"><h5 id="v0-p-3486"><strong>35BF  Liability</strong></h5><ul><li><span></span><p id="v0-p-3487">  Each of the following:</p><ul><li><span>(a)</span><p id="v0-p-3488">the chief executive of the authorised agency;</p></li><li><span>(b)</span><p id="v0-p-3489">an approved staff member of the authorised agency;</p></li><li><span>(c)</span><p id="v0-p-3490">a constable;</p></li></ul><p id="v0-p-3491">is not liable to an action or other proceeding (whether civil or criminal) for, or in relation to, an act or matter done or omitted to be done in the exercise of any power or authority conferred by this Division.</p></li></ul></section>
